Good but expensive.
I ordered one (yes, one) beefsteak tomato with creamy sauce. I was asked if I wanted fries on the side. Well, why not?
The tomato was flavorful, the seasoning was generous but perfect.
But when the bill arrived, I discovered that the fries were actually mandatory, and for the portion size, they weren't cheap. The main course was €14, and the few fries were €4.10! With the drink, the total came to over €25.
What a shame.

We had an excellent meal at L’Effet Bœuf. A huge thank you to Elisabeth and her team for their friendliness and generosity; we had a wonderful birthday celebration at their restaurant.
Whether you're looking for a drink on the terrace or a superb meal that any meat lover would adore, go without hesitation—you won't be disappointed!

Table for 8 with colleagues in the evening. Warm and welcoming decor with little touches of humor. The meat was amazing, thank you for the marrow bones 😃😋 Generous portions. As for the friendliness of the owners and staff, if you like simplicity, humor, and kindness, you're in the right place 😁 By the way, the cat is doing well, private message 🤣 We love it
