Very pleasant time, excellent meat and remarkable service.

We had a great time. The products are of excellent quality, the service is top notch and the decoration warm. We can only recommend. We look forward to returning there!

I tried calling several times during break times to make a reservation, but I couldn't get through at all. You can't make a reservation online, and you can only make a reservation in person 15 minutes before it opens for dinner. I would like to be able to make reservations by phone or online. The online menu and wine list are different. The update is not working well. There is no printed menu, just a menu written on a blackboard as shown in the photo, so ordering is a bit difficult if you don't know French. Because it is handwritten on a blackboard, even Google Translator cannot translate it. I wish there was a printed menu for foreigners. Food was okay. The cakes were cooked to perfection as desired, and the wine prices were also within a good range. One disappointing thing is that the reservation was for 19:30, but around 21:00, the waiter asked us to vacate the table by 21:15. As I did not receive this message in advance, I felt like our mealtime was interrupted. Of course, we responded kindly, but it is a bit regretful that we were not notified in advance. It's still good, but I think it could become an even better restaurant if just a few things could be changed.

Authenticity!!!! The cuisine looks like the boss, it is authentic, generous and surprising A very good time spent with friends, the little waitress is very nice, the owner is full of humor and sincerity, Beautiful hamburgers and a very good tartare delighted our taste buds… I will come back with pleasure

While passing through Besançon we discovered this magnificent restaurant, quality cuisine I highly recommend their super tender and tasty Charolais steaks... the service is top notch, the owner is the soul of the bistro. Very nice wine list. If you go to Besançon you absolutely have to go there! Remember to book. I hope to return there soon enough.
