Absolutely amazing! We went there for my sister's birthday this past Saturday night. Everything was excellent, and the burger was to die for. Sorry about the photo, my daughter had started nibbling at it 🤣. I'm so glad I discovered this restaurant.

Good but expensive. I ordered one (yes, one) beefsteak tomato with creamy sauce. I was asked if I wanted fries on the side. Well, why not? The tomato was flavorful, the seasoning was generous but perfect. But when the bill arrived, I discovered that the fries were actually mandatory, and for the portion size, they weren't cheap. The main course was €14, and the few fries were €4.10! With the drink, the total came to over €25. What a shame.

We had an excellent meal at L’Effet Bœuf. A huge thank you to Elisabeth and her team for their friendliness and generosity; we had a wonderful birthday celebration at their restaurant. Whether you're looking for a drink on the terrace or a superb meal that any meat lover would adore, go without hesitation—you won't be disappointed! PS: Thank you to Eric for always sharing his extensive wine knowledge; his suggestions are always perfect!

10/09/2026: A fantastic experience at Chez Hachour in Besançon! The welcome was warm and friendly, and the couscous was truly delicious, generous, and flavorful. A major plus: the couscous is all-you-can-eat (semolina and broth), enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetites! A great place in Besançon for couscous lovers. I had a wonderful time and will gladly return if I'm ever in the city again.
13/08/2026: Today we had an excellent couscous... impeccable service, air-conditioned restaurant... and don't even get me started on the pastries... I highly recommend it
