L’Embarcadere is in a fantastic lakeside location with a splendid view of the chateau. It’s probably mainly a restaurant but acts as a bar as well, and sitting at one of the terrace tables with such fabulous views and cold beers is sheer pleasure. The service was efficient and friendly, and it’s a lovely place to sit with a beer.

We stopped for a drink with family after visiting the castle. Very warm welcome, ok service and very pleasant environment with a view of the lake but also of the castle.

Superb restaurant, on the edge of Lake Pierrefonds, magnificent view 😊. Very friendly and smiling staff. Very well eaten and very good value for money 😊

Très bien placé, il profite de sa situation. Repas simple mais bon. Serveurs gentils. Toutefois un brin de convivialité et une attitude plus commerciale serait la bienvenue.

12/08/2024: Excellent service, cheerful and attentive. A little refill of bread that arrives without being asked is always nice. The waiter is nice to the kids, really perfect. The dishes are correct for their prices and the quantity is generous. Well, we were sitting next to the little sound system in the bar and the funk was maybe a little too funk. But come on, it's summer. We're not going to quibble. I recommend!
31/07/2024: Very pleasant to come and have an ice cream or a whipped waffle at the bottom of the castle. Fair price.
