L'entracte sur Moulins

Excellent. Exceptional waitress.

While passing through Moulin, we stopped at this restaurant, where few establishments were open on a Monday. Lovely setting, friendly staff. We had a lovely evening with a good meal. Special mention goes to the exquisite Charolais beef, but the slightly dry French toast was a slight disappointment. We recommend it.

The setting is pretty and the fries are good, however it is difficult to access for people with disabilities. In addition, the salmon gravlax was very disgusting and the steak in the Saint-Nectaire burger was overcooked even though we had asked for it rare, which is a shame.

The rib steak is excellent, but the desserts are not wow.

A good brasserie in Moulins, well-located and with a lovely terrace. A menu with ample selection and hearty dishes. Pleasant and attentive service.
