Service a little long given the number of tables occupied (6 tables for 3 or 4 servers): 1 hour between our arrival and the arrival of the dish (aperitif included). Perhaps the staff lacks a little experience. Nevertheless, we felt real involvement, a real desire to do well as well as impeccable kindness. Pay attention to the quantities of mussels which have decreased compared to a few months ago (an empty shell basin filled 3/4 to 2 whereas before we came to replace the basin). Is it due to the increase in raw materials? We still had a good time. Good luck to our restaurants, we know it's not easy for you. In any case, we will come back so that these places of conviviality continue. See you soon.

We arrived a little late this evening - without a reservation - we were accepted with a smile and very pleasant staff throughout the dinner. We feel a good understanding and a friendly atmosphere within the team! Thank you and good luck to all these smiling young people

Good service and very good but the quantity is not up to the price, the salad a little expensive for what it is. And the watermelon cocktail I'm still looking for the taste of watermelon....

Une bon restaurant avec un personnel très sympathique, jeune et dynamique ! Une carte assez variée et pas trop chère. Jamais déçu de ce restaurant

Il s’agit d’une chaîne et nous sommes captifs puisque dans un hôtel de cette zone commerciale. Nous avions réservé pour 19h et avons été étonné qu’à 20h le restaurant soit déjà plein… tant mieux pour le restaurant, il y aura plusieurs services. Il semble manquer du personnel car les employés courent partout et semblent au bord de l’agacement mais restent pros et souriants. Nous sommes habitués à une autre gastronomie et jouons classique avec moules et fish and chips. C’est bon, sans surprise ni finesse mais les frites sont bonnes et les quantités raisonnables. Repas agréable sans plaisir spécial… nous nous sommes restaurés ce qui était le but.

20/09/2024: Modification: after an Xth call, I finally got someone on the phone... so I raised my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars... but it remains very fragile... I stand by my position and still don't really recommend... -- It's all good when it's going well...but if their customer service exists (which I sincerely doubt), then it's definitely the worst I've ever had. This is the evil of online sales on the internet: we make a pretty site, we put photos of smiling babies, but in the end there is nothing behind it in terms of customer service when we need it. Example: the telephone number does not address anything: 1. we encourage you to send an email (unless it is urgent) and we say goodbye, then 2. we are on hold (since I consider the problem urgent) , and in the end it hangs up. Please note: I have tried to call at several times and on several different days, and it is always the same. I even called at 10 a.m. sharp (at opening), and nothing changed. To summarize, if your order is not important, yes, place an order here... if your impressions matter to you, move on because in the event of a problem, NO ONE is there! This kind of operation disgusts me. In short, I'm moving on!
