On my way back from Mont Saint-Michel, I had some time before my train departed, so I stopped by. Galettes and crepes are synonymous with France, so I had some.
I ordered one with mushrooms and one with andouille, a slightly unusual flavor. Both were delicious. The andouille has a flavor that people probably have different tastes for, but I liked it. I also found it a little salty.
I also had an apple crepe for dessert, which was delicious with a nice cinnamon kick. Because it's located outside of Paris, the prices were cheaper than in Paris. It's great that you can get it so close to the station at this price.

A charming establishment opposite Rennes train station, run by a competent and friendly team.
For the Tatin crêpe, I chose a salted caramel with a few pieces of apple and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. It was perfectly cooked, the portions were very generous, and the quality was evident in both taste and feel.
I also ordered buttermilk and hot chocolate, which were standard fare. Nothing particularly special.
The staff is very friendly and efficient. My crêpe and those of other customers were prepared very quickly in the kitchen, a sign of good organization within the team.
Finally, I'll mention the value for money, which is excellent for the "special" wheat crêpes. Affordable and very good quality.
