A wonderful discovery in Tarbes! Truly excellent cuisine, good ingredients, and dishes that definitely make you want to come back. The service is attentive, friendly, and warm, which greatly contributes to the enjoyment of the meal.
If I really had to find a tiny drawback: the fries… let's just say they're clearly not their specialty! 😄 But it's honestly a minor point considering the quality of everything else.
A place that's definitely worth the detour, to try again and again. We'll be back with great pleasure!

Lunch on the terrace.
The food was quite good, but at 1:45 pm the staff started stacking the chairs around us and tidying up the terrace. This made us feel uncomfortable, so we didn't order desserts, coffee, or after-dinner drinks, as we had hoped.
Therefore, I'm only giving it one star for "Atmosphere" and three stars overall for this reason.
In conclusion: This restaurant is apparently a much better choice for lunch for those who work at 2 pm, ordering the set menu, than for a business lunch (or a leisurely meal) à la carte.

Excellent place! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and genuine kindness. The servers are very friendly, full of humor, and contribute to a warm and relaxed atmosphere.
The food is entirely homemade, generous, flavorful, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. Every dish is a true delight!
We highly recommend this place!

Delicious meal from start to finish, including the appetizer, main course, and dessert.
The service team was top-notch, the welcome warm, and the atmosphere great throughout.
The homemade dishes were beautifully presented and very tempting—well worth the price!
