We stumbled across this place by chance and asked if we could reserve for Saturday night. They accommodated us and the menu was simple, but cooked extraordinarily well. The truffle Camembert was a delicious starter to share followed by one of the most tender beef I have eaten. Would 100% recommend and come back.

My husband and I stopped in by chance, and it was probably the most delicious meat I've ever had in my life. I even got goosebumps when I tried the tender beef. It's a family-run restaurant, and the menu isn't extensive, but that's what makes it so special—the food here is beyond reproach. The only thing is, my clothes smelled like food afterward because they have an open kitchen, but that's a minor detail.

This restaurant is one of my favorites in Old Nice. Not only is the food absolutely delicious and the prices reasonable, but the service and atmosphere are also excellent.
If you're looking for traditional dishes, you absolutely must try this place. You won't be disappointed.

Charming little restaurant, only two ladies were running it when I went and still turning out very tasty food for reasonable prices.
The beef cheek stew is melt in the mouth, highly recommended.
Someone help them fix their squeaky door though please! Squeaaakkkk.

Genuinely one of the best restaurants I have been too. The food was absolutely amazing, it is as authentic as you get. The waiter was one the loveliest and sweetest people ever.
We came for dinner and tried a variety of things and we were super impressed by everything. The food was very reasonably priced. It was simple, elegant and not overly pretentious, a truly authentic feel.
I would absolutely come here again and urge anyone to come eat here if they are in Nice. It is truly a hidden gem in the old town, 5 stars don’t do it justice.
The squeaky front door was truly comical, we love it!

Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. The beef stew, Camembert appetizer, mushroom soup were beyond delicious. Raspberry tart was also incredible. Very small place, a single chef and single waiter, feels very homey. A MUST in Nice.

Absolutely amazing. We loved every fish - had the camembert, the goats cheese salad, the pork and the beef and I can’t honestly pick a favorite. Just perfectly cooked food, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, and some great local wine.

Beautiful place!
I highly recommend the pork shank, super tender and flavorful.
We also had a cheese platter, which was very good, along with cured meats. I would improve the quality of some of these a bit, but overall the experience was really positive.
