I had dinner at this tavern a few evenings ago. Excellent food, quaint atmosphere. There are very few seats because the place is small, so you have to book.

It was one of the best restaurants that I ve been to. I stayed in Nice for 4 nights and I ate here every time. The food and atmosphere was excellent. I highly recommend the camembert and the lamb shank. Also, the tartare was incredible! The woman who cooks is amazing!

Fantastic camembert for starters. We shared one to four people. Really delicious food. Especially tartar. Good atmosphere and reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I had dinner here on the 8th of March. Unfortunately, I saw the chef/waitress (same person) from the very first moment I entered the restaurant that she was not feeling well, maybe a few glasses a wine too much. Despite the smoke in the kitchen, the noise and other things dropped on the floor, the food was very good (goat cheese salad & lamb). However, the lack of professionalism does not recommend this place. The place is small, crowded, and you can feel all the smell in the open kitchen. Surprisingly, the food was tasty.

Superbly made to feel welcome, we loved the home cooking and the service. A small menu that reveals high-end home cooking accompanied by a few well-chosen glasses of wine. We opted for the zucchini carpaccio which was superbly spicy and seasoned, then a tender lamb shank with honey and white grapes, I still have the taste in my mouth. The Beef Cheek confit with blueberries was succulent with homemade mashed potatoes. We eat well, we are well received, the prices are very reasonable and we dine in a cozy, somewhat old-fashioned place. Don't forget to book, it's sold out quickly!
