It's been a long time since I've experienced such professional and friendly service, where you can really feel their passion for their work. Impeccable service made for a very pleasant experience. Thanks also to the chef and his team who delighted us with a delicious, well-prepared, and beautifully presented dish. We will definitely be back for lunch. Excellent restaurant.

Excellent and professional service throughout. The dishes were generally good, but in my opinion, they lacked a certain something to be truly excellent; the butternut squash was bland and the breading on the skate wing was too thick, masking the skate flavor – a shame!

We went there for a birthday celebration, the food is excellent, the Rennes dish is definitely worth the trip! The staff is very attentive and even added a thoughtful touch for our special day! It's truly one of the best restaurants in Albi!

01/11/2025: What a surprise to find this place with such delicious homemade food! The service was very friendly.
03/10/2025: I had a fantastic solo dinner here. The chef/owner was so accommodating and made some great recommendations. I had foie gras to start and asked about what wine pairing to have. He said ideally a sweet wine but since it was a starter I opted for a rosé instead - however, when he brought out the foie gras, he also brought out a little pour of some sweet wine which was a lovely touch! Definitely recommend, it's a little out of the main area but that makes it even better!
