Día de Acción de Gracias 2024: No podía hacer frente a asar un pavo, así que reservé nuestro restaurante favorito en Albi. Mi esposo y yo llegamos un poco tarde y noté que nuestros amigos estaban sentados afuera mirando preocupados, no sentados adentro. Resulta que reservé el almuerzo para las 12: 15 en el día equivocado - ¡Viernes en lugar de jueves! El restaurante estaba lleno! ¡Desastre! 😳 El chef sueco, Rikard Hult, salió de la cocina y dijo: “Podemos llevarte a la 1 : 30 ! ”. Por suerte era una tarde soleada - - así que pedimos una botella de champán y nos sentamos fuera en la cubierta del restaurante (que normalmente tiene mesas - - pero no en noviembre! ). Rikard y su encantador equipo nos pusieron una mesa e incluso proporcionaron mantas! Trajo diversión - bouche y menús. Un poco más tarde llegó una bandeja de deliciosa galleta de langosta para mantenernos calientes. El equipo recuperó la comida especial del desastre. Tuvimos una encantadora visita previa al almuerzo con nuestros amigos, antes de sentarnos dentro para la deliciosa comida, ¡por lo que estuvimos verdaderamente AGRADECIDOS! Esta es la medida de este maravilloso restaurante, que cumple 25 años cocinando para un público apreciado en el Tarn.

Despite our table being taken at the time we had reserved, and after waiting for 15 minutes without being offered anything to drink, I still give it five stars, because everything else was wonderful whether it was the smile of the staff, the speed of the service and the dishes, all of which without exception, were delicious. Well done !!

It's been a long time since I left a restaurant this happy. No negative comments... the dishes are served quickly, tasty and reasonably priced. What an excellent discovery.

Tout est parfait. Le foie gras poêlé avec légèreté, carpaccio de thon rouge délicieux, filet de bœuf avec raviole champignons, saumon fumé, bar grillé… On a trouvé tellement bon que nous y sommes retournés le surlendemain 😋 Une mention pour l’équipe qui assure un service impeccable et rapide. Il y a un moment que nous n’avions pas vu une équipe aussi professionnelle !
