Delighted also by the calm and intimate atmosphere, and even more so by the service, where you're greeted with a smile from the moment you enter, and this continues throughout the entire meal, regardless of who you encounter... Not a single flaw. Thank you. Regarding the prices, yes, they are quite high, but perhaps that's also the key to a successful evening...

05/09/2026: A perfect map for exploring the region. We were greeted by a friendly and very helpful waiter. The cassoulet was delicious and very generous. The terrace was peaceful.
02/09/2026: Excellent restaurant in Albi, very good staff and food, traditional Tarn dishes, and very generous portions. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be back...looking forward to another delicious meal...calm and relaxing
