Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the tasting! The Liège waffles are excellent. The lemonade is also delicious. I didn't even have time to take a picture, it was so good! You can go there with your eyes closed, it's a real treat! We'll definitely be back! 😍

01/11/2025: What a surprise to find this place with such delicious homemade food! The service was very friendly.
03/10/2025: I had a fantastic solo dinner here. The chef/owner was so accommodating and made some great recommendations. I had foie gras to start and asked about what wine pairing to have. He said ideally a sweet wine but since it was a starter I opted for a rosé instead - however, when he brought out the foie gras, he also brought out a little pour of some sweet wine which was a lovely touch! Definitely recommend, it's a little out of the main area but that makes it even better!

21/05/2026: Probably the best restaurant in Albi. The food was excellent and the staff friendly and attentive. Considering the quality of the dishes and service, it is very competitively priced. We are already thinking about our next visit and it will certainly be our go to restaurant when we have have guests and want to take them somewhere a bit special.
