We went to this restaurant on a whim and were lucky enough to get a table. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. We highly recommend it.

There's a small wine list on the table, but it's definitely worth taking a look at the full menu as well. We were so impressed during our 3-day stay in Colmar that we ate at L'Épicurien twice.

The atmosphere is simple and family-friendly, and the food is really very good, with quality products at a reasonable price. We had a very pleasant time enjoying a glass of good wine, which is always a plus.

A truly wonderful place for lovers of fine wine and authentic cuisine. The dishes are excellent, the menu superb, and the front-of-house staff very professional: warm, attentive, and readily available. No complaints whatsoever. However… the owner. How to put it without being too blunt? It's simple: as cold as an industrial freezer and as welcoming as a closed door. No smiles, no interaction, no eye contact—and above all, no apparent desire to share his impressive wine cellar. Ask him a question, and you'll get a desert weather report: dry, harsh, and utterly devoid of nuance. So yes, a very good restaurant, beautifully presented dishes, a remarkable menu, a fantastic team… but an owner best avoided if you want to preserve your good mood and your experience.
