Excellent place, delicate and well-prepared dishes, great wine suggestions!

Passing through Colmar! Hello everyone, what disappointed us was that we wanted to eat inside for two, but we were told there was only seating available outside on the sidewalk, with very noisy traffic passing by. Five minutes later, two other people arrived, just like us, and they were offered a seat inside, even though they hadn't made a reservation. So I think they pick and choose their customers. We still spent €145 for two. We asked for lemon 🍋 and they didn't even give us a chance to speak. "Oh, you want salt? No!" (This is ridiculous.) The food was very good, no complaints there, everything was fresh. The wines were good too, despite the prices being quite high. The choice between inside and outside seating was very disappointing. No receipt, part of the bill was cash.!!!

This establishment truly lives up to its name! Just a stone's throw from the tourist bustle, you'll experience a moment of genuine pleasure here. The cuisine is honest and straightforward, the wine list is excellent, and the service is discreet yet attentive… everything contributes to a delightful experience. A bonus for families: the children's menu is just as good as the restaurant itself, and at a very reasonable price. This was our second visit in four years, and we know we'll be back on our next trip to Colmar. Thank you to the owners, and we wish them continued success!

We went for a beer lunch and the food is delicious, the wine too, and the service was top-notch! In a nice quiet corner of the city. We will definitely be back!

The restaurant was excellent! For starters, we had the octopus tentacles, and for our main course, the chef's recommendation: veal steak with prawns. Both were perfectly prepared and absolutely delicious. We were also recommended a wonderful white wine that paired perfectly with the meal. Important to know: Only French is spoken here, and the menu is also in French. For us, this was part of the authentic experience. If you make an effort to speak a little French, you'll immediately notice that the team is delighted and happy to help. 😉 We had a wonderful evening and highly recommend this restaurant!
