Passing through Dijon, we found this little place and were really not disappointed. A great decor and top-notch food, I highly recommend it! 👍👍

Go for it without hesitation! Quality products, the fondue is delicious. Quick and efficient service in a really nice place – a restaurant like this is something we wish we saw more often.

A very nice place. The food was good. The servers were very responsive and the service was quick. The problem is that we were on the lower floor, and there are too many tables in such a small space; the noise quickly becomes unbearable and we couldn't hear each other speak.

Great food, good ingredients. Nice friendly staff. Good vibe inside and good music, boss vibing in the corner was a nice touch. Beers (IPA) were average. They seated us at 1:50 which we really appreciated 👌

I recommend this restaurant 200%! As a party of four, we chose the morel mushroom fondue and the truffle-infused fondue. We slightly preferred the morel, but we thoroughly enjoyed both. The welcome and service were perfect. The atmosphere was pleasant and unique. The restaurant "Les 3 Bures" deserves to be better known.

We arrived today at 8 pm, en route to a ski trip in the Alps. Frankly, this is one of the best French restaurants we've eaten at. The fondue and raclette were excellent. The service was impeccable. Thank you - Potts family tour

Comforting food near Les Halles: endive tatin with Camembert, a burger for my daughter, served with a green salad. The tatin was delicious and not bitter at all, and my daughter really enjoyed her burger. All served with a glass of white wine and a kir. A mountain chalet atmosphere with a selection of fondues and raclette, among other things. Relatively quick and efficient service. I recommend it.

11/01/2026: I've been coming here for 10 years now, without even realizing it (ouch!), but I'd never left a review... Thanks Google, since we were there last night, for suggesting I do it, haha! It's a classic, I don't have much to say, it's my favorite bar in Dijon. The atmosphere is unique, the food is good, the drinks, the cocktails... Always a pleasure, and the prices are quite reasonable considering what's on offer! In short, excellent, and I'll definitely be going back regularly for the next 10 years, haha!
22/12/2025: We had a great time at this bar. The staff is welcoming and attentive. The sharing platters are generous, which is a welcome change from many other places! It's the perfect spot to unwind in a unique setting with delicious snacks. A sure bet.
