Les 3 Bures sur Dijon

Fantastic restaurant, amazing staff! I would have loved to extend my stay just to try the other dishes on the menu. Can't wait to come back!

We didn't stay long in Dijon. Yet, within two days, I knew I could make this my home base. Just steps from the market, we watched Dijon come alive. Every local was a participant, chatting away. Impeccable service and interesting conversations with the owner. Next time, this is where I'll eat. I recommend checking out the establishment's fabulous collection of Carthusian monks' wines.

Delicious and excellent value for money! And above all, finally a restaurant where you can find original dishes: the endive tatin -> absolutely divine! 🤩 The waitress and waiter were fantastic and super friendly :)

I had four meals in Dijon during my vacation, three of which were eaten near the food market. This simple restaurant was discovered by us after visiting the market, and it turned out to be the most satisfying meal I have ever had here. The service personnel are polite, responsive, enthusiastic, and attentive. And the food is also fresh, with a delicious taste. It is worth mentioning that this restaurant's pricing is very fair and reasonable.

Once again in Dijon, this time with a group. Where to go on Saturday evening? Les3Bures, of course! Even at short notice, we managed to book for eight people, and just like last year, everything was perfect: excellent service, delicious food, and good wines. To top it all off, the owner treated us to a digestif. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Dijon! 🥂🍷👍

Simple, efficient, and a great service.

A spontaneous meal with friends (no reservation). The welcome was perfect, the service incredibly efficient and truly pleasant. The only downside, shared by everyone at the table, was the lack of generosity in the portions. The poached eggs with Époisses cheese undoubtedly contained a lot of cream, but the cheese itself was disappointing. And yes, we know the difference between a cheese that lacks flavor and simply adding too much sauce. We even counted the ravioli... The same goes for those who ordered the Trapper's Steak. The name is enticing, but the quantity of ingredients is lacking. Especially at that price. Only one dish was enjoyed at the table: the Iberian pork.

The dishes (other than fondue or raclette) were disappointing, lacking both flavor and generous portions. However, the place was beautifully decorated, the atmosphere very pleasant, and the service efficient.
