Overall, the service was pleasant and the meal was decent. But for a "veggie poke bowl salad," we expected a poke bowl without salmon. Instead, it was just a regular salad in a large bowl. No rice, no edamame, no mango, no avocado, and therefore no salmon. Instead, there was lettuce, a hard-boiled egg, tomatoes, corn, green beans... The exotic touch you expect from a poke bowl was simply nonexistent... in short, it was just a salad in a large bowl... we really felt ripped off with this dish.

We had a wonderful time at Les 3 Bures! 😊
The meals were truly delicious, well-prepared, and flavorful. But what we particularly appreciated was the kindness and warm welcome of the staff. A truly friendly, smiling, and attentive team, which made the meal even more enjoyable.
A fantastic place that we highly recommend! We will definitely be back. Thank you to the entire team at Les 3 Bures for a wonderful experience!

Having been customers of this restaurant several times, we recommended it to family for lunch. The young waitress gave us an excellent welcome. We had very warm interactions with the other diners. The cuisine was original and refined. Good value for money in this lively area of Dijon.

We didn't stay long in Dijon. Yet, within two days, I knew I could make this my home base. Just steps from the market, we watched Dijon come alive. Every local was a participant, chatting away. Impeccable service and interesting conversations with the owner. Next time, this is where I'll eat. I recommend checking out the establishment's fabulous collection of Carthusian monks' wines.

I had four meals in Dijon during my vacation, three of which were eaten near the food market.
This simple restaurant was discovered by us after visiting the market, and it turned out to be the most satisfying meal I have ever had here.
The service personnel are polite, responsive, enthusiastic, and attentive.
And the food is also fresh, with a delicious taste.
It is worth mentioning that this restaurant's pricing is very fair and reasonable.

Once again in Dijon, this time with a group. Where to go on Saturday evening? Les3Bures, of course! Even at short notice, we managed to book for eight people, and just like last year, everything was perfect: excellent service, delicious food, and good wines. To top it all off, the owner treated us to a digestif. Thank you so much, we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Dijon! 🥂🍷👍
