We discovered Biot by a chance on a rainy afternoon and the late dinner at Restaurant des Arcades was just a perfect way to finish the trip. The restaurant offers a range of French traditional meals, from entrees to desserts and the portions are big enough to share between two people (we had soup de pistou as a starter and it was well enough for two adults). The interior design of the restaurant marges modern art with traditional wooden furnitures. All together - perfect French experience for all. And, probably the best recommendation, the place was full of local people, not even one tourist (except of us, of course ;-) )

The pretty village of Biot, historic and Templar, offered us the pleasant surprise of eating on the terrace of this restaurant which hosts works by painters and sculptors. I did not have the opportunity to discover the rooms of the hotel. The service remains unforgettable! If you have the chance to visit the area, go and eat at the Arcades restaurant for delicious culinary specialties
