A wonderful discovery by chance in the streets of Béziers, an excellent welcome from the young waitresses to the chef, who is also the owner, a delicious experience, a very pleasant time accompanied by beautiful music. I highly recommend it.

High-quality decor and layout. Bisro concept, warm atmosphere. A nice touch is the fireplace, very cozy. The menu is a bit limited, but the dishes are well-prepared. Fresh, local ingredients. High-quality, homemade, and beautifully presented desserts. Young and friendly service. 👍😉

26/01/2026: I was already familiar with this place, having visited in 2022 with a supplier. This was my second visit with my partner, and the portions were generous and just right, even though I have a hearty appetite! The bread was excellent, which is also very important. I should point out that the €47 set menu is very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants where the food really isn't up to par. It was an excellent experience, and I'll definitely be back with friends.
25/01/2026: No surprises with the traditional amuse-bouche, but for the rest of the meal, we discovered fresh, beautifully presented ingredients, a true delight. Special mention goes to the staff for their warm welcome, kindness, helpfulness, and patience. Until next time for more surprises!
