Lovely cheese shop. We found some excellent butter there. We didn't try the cheeses, but they all looked beautiful. The shop also offers local ice cream in small and large sizes. Despite arriving just as they were closing, the staff were very friendly.

Superb cheese shop in the center of Laguiole where we were able to buy local specialties, and taste the cheeses in order to make our selection, great!

05/08/2026: Excellent place. The aligot was delicious and the service was top-notch. Thank you to Géraldine and her colleague Malik for their smiles and service!
05/08/2026: Positive points: the decor of the dining room, the friendliness of the waiter wearing suspenders. Negative points: rushed service, no children's menu or dishes, clearing the children's plates before they had finished them, inappropriate remarks from a waiter ("I don't have four arms" when we politely asked for just water and bread), the rum brioche was soggy and unappetizing. Major negative point: we have serious doubts about the authenticity of the Aligot, especially since we were with people from the region. We are from the French Riviera, and this restaurant is just one of the tourist traps we find back home! I wouldn't recommend it, neither us nor anyone from the region!

07/08/2026: It was good, but far from Klein's place in Alsace... a bit disappointed considering the price!
03/08/2026: Family meal with children aged 5 and 11. The food, the welcome, the kitchen tour: perfect. We chose the 8-course menu and the 10-course menu for my partner. The flavors were excellent. However, the restaurant is normally non-smoking, yet a woman vaped continuously throughout the entire meal (very discreetly). Midway through, I informed the waiter and asked him to confirm the smoking ban. Despite this, and out of respect for the other customers and my children, no comment was made to him. I was truly outraged by this disrespectful behavior and the lack of any reminder of the smoking ban.
