The cuisine is truly remarkable: carefully crafted dishes with real personality in the flavors and combinations. The ingredients are fresh, the presentations are elegant, and above all, everything is delicious. But beyond the culinary quality, it was the welcome that impressed us. The assistant manager perfectly embodies what you expect from a restaurant professional: attentive without being intrusive, available, and genuinely kind. He has created a pleasant atmosphere where you feel comfortable, listened to, and where every detail matters. The cuisine is sublime, especially the Kig ha farz, the braised beef chuck, and the exotic Pavlova. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The staff is charming and attentive.
