We walked down from the chateau and happened to come across La Guinguette du Chateau. We asked if it was possible to have a drink, and the owner (bartender) who was working was very friendly to us and took an interest in where we came from. Speaking English was no problem, and we really thoroughly enjoyed our holiday feeling here. Thank you!

We (3) had lunch here yesterday, a sharing platter and a croque monsieur. Local bottle of red as recommended as by the host. Lovely little establishment, I hope to come back to

Lovely spot for a drink off the main road and really cute outdoor seating area, the owner was so lovely. Delicious wine and we really enjoyed the baked Camembert with honey on bread

Don't get me wrong. This isn't a restaurant; it's just your afternoon snack and aperitif, complete with a charcuterie and cheese board and cocktails. And in that respect, it's perfect.

We had a fantastic time at La Guinguette! The owner is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and has a great sense of humor. We had a good laugh with him, which made the evening even more enjoyable. The charcuterie and cheese boards feature high-quality products, and the cocktails are excellent. All this in a convivial atmosphere and a very pleasant setting. I highly recommend this place, and we'll definitely be back! Les Inconnues

09/07/2026: My Mom told me about this restaurant and five years after she ate here it is still just as delicious! Amazing quality of fresh food prepared like fine cuisine. Not at all expensive. Friendly, accommodating service. Eat here as often as you can in different seasons to enjoy the chef’s changing menu. The July 2026 menu features a tuna dish and an artichoke appetizer to try, the porc is fantastic too and served with the freshest peas we have ever eaten. Heavenly desserts too!
