We were a table of seven without a reservation on a weekday evening, and we were very pleasantly surprised by the welcome. The staff was warm, friendly, and very accommodating despite our unexpected arrival. The meal was simply excellent: flavorful, beautifully presented, and high-quality dishes. We all had a wonderful time. We highly recommend this restaurant, both for its cuisine and its service!

It was good. But there was a serious lack of choice! There was meat and potatoes, meat and potatoes, meat and potatoes, and fish and potatoes. Of course, I'm being unfair, there were mushrooms. They were good. But I would have loved to eat some vegetables! (And frankly, I thought it was expensive just to eat potatoes.)

14/04/2026: We wanted to enjoy some traditional Savoyard food on our last night in Annecy. La Yaute delivered very nicely. A happy and helpful serving crew, good food and a relaxed atmosphere. We also enjoyed our wine and beer.
