We stumbled upon this place during our stay in Annecy. What a pleasant surprise! The owner and the rest of the staff were incredibly attentive. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside, but the atmosphere is lovely and cozy. Very quiet. The food, meanwhile, is refined and delicious. Special mention goes to the cheese, which, for once in a restaurant, wasn't served on its own but was truly prepared with other ingredients, like a dish in its own right. A delight! We had a very enjoyable time and highly recommend this place. If we ever decide to stay in Annecy again, we will gladly return.

One of the best culinary experiences I've had. Not your typical fine dining establishment either. Portions were well sized and service world class. Book well in advance - there are only a hand full of tables.

Wonderful long lunch had at this fantastic resturant. Food was spot on,the service above par and the atmosphere made the experience a highlight of our stay in Annecy,would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of discovering Chef Stéphane Dattrino's Michelin-starred restaurant, located on the Annecy basin. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed, with a thoughtful cloakroom service. The team was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to the guests' well-being. The decor, both understated and refined, creates an intimate and soothing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal. The minimalist artwork adds an elegant artistic touch, while the open kitchen showcases a beautiful transparency and true expertise. The wine list is particularly well-curated, highlighting some excellent estates. I also appreciated the inclusion of a map of the corresponding wine region for each appellation—a rare and valuable touch for wine lovers. The quality of the tableware and cutlery also deserves mention, especially the Laguiole knives in the Mont Blanc edition, which enhance the overall experience. I chose the nine-course "L'Intégrale" menu, and it was a true culinary journey. Each dish revealed meticulous attention to flavors and textures, with subtle and balanced combinations. The technical mastery is undeniable, particularly in the way the same ingredient is presented in different forms. The chef's signature dish is an experience in itself: it invites the diner to guess the ingredients, fully awakening the senses and making the tasting interactive and memorable. The service was impeccable: clear descriptions, constant attention without being intrusive, and discreetly replenished glasses and bread. The excellent quality bread, accompanied by particularly flavorful homemade butter, was a thoughtful additional touch. In short, a remarkable gastronomic experience that I readily recommend and would be delighted to repeat. A truly wonderful restaurant in the Annecy area.

We chose this Michelin-starred restaurant to celebrate Valentine's Day, but our experience was disappointing considering the particularly high price of the menu that evening. We felt the occasion justified an excessive price, with no real surprises or added value on the plate. The food was decent, but lacked any "wow" factor, and the presentation of the dishes was rather basic for an establishment of this caliber. One particularly striking point: we had to eat our meal without water, as no one offered us any, which seems to us to be a basic courtesy in any restaurant, even a standard one. Upon our arrival, the owner, described as a sommelier on the website, told us she would be our server for the evening, accompanied by a smiling young woman who seemed a little inexperienced, nothing serious. However, around 10 p.m., while we were waiting for our desserts, the owner left with the server who had been with her. If we had wanted a drink to accompany our dessert, there simply wasn't a sommelier on site anymore. In an establishment of this caliber, this seems incomprehensible. The service was very quick, perhaps even too quick, and offered no culinary surprises beyond what was on the menu. The dining room was very noisy: we could barely hear the background music. The staircase used by the servers to access the upstairs dining room was also very noisy, and they descended it without any discretion. Similarly, the kitchen, located near the downstairs tables, generated an unpleasant background noise with the glasswasher and other equipment. We are fortunate enough to frequent this type of establishment from time to time, and this is one of the first times I've felt bad about having to take out my credit card at the end of a meal. Unfortunately, the meal itself didn't live up to expectations, especially for a special occasion like Valentine's Day.

23/04/2026: Honestly, quite disappointed. The tartiflette… where are the onions? As for the bacon, we're still looking for it. It's a bit like One Piece: hard to find. I say that, but I never actually finished the saga… besides, did he even find it? All joking aside. The diot sausage: really dry. The frozen fries, meh… I felt like I was in a school cafeteria. The cheese wasn't fresh at all; impossible to tell if it came from a cupboard or an unplugged fridge. The starter was okay, nothing catastrophic, but very simple. On the other hand, a real effort on the presentation of the dishes would be a huge plus. On the plus side: the servers are very pleasant. The atmosphere is nice, the restaurant is pretty. But the food—which is still the most important point—isn't up to par. We tried the set menu; Perhaps other dishes on the menu are better, but for €26.90... ouch. Honest opinion, with a touch of sarcasm and humor, because we're not mean 🙂

17/05/2026: A very good meal, although a bit pricey. The meat was excellent. The service was adequate, but we felt we couldn't take our time because the waiter rushed us through our choices, then dessert, then the bill, which was a shame as it made the service feel a bit rushed.
