Dinner at Les Colonnes restaurant in Rodez during a business trip. I had a very good time; the service was friendly and efficient, the food was very good (the aligot was delicious), the decor was tasteful, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A truly good brasserie, not a tourist trap.

19/04/2026: A wonderful discovery during my visit to Rodez! The cuisine was simply magnificent, perfectly cooked, and the service was very professional and attentive. I highly recommend this establishment.
