The boulangerie is located in a former gas station building. Fantastically designed. Excellent quality products at reasonable prices. Very good coffee. There's even a baguette machine! I highly recommend it.

Before stopping there on my holiday trip, I had read the reviews and I don't regret my stop. The bread and pastries I bought lived up to the positive reviews, and the man who served us was very friendly.

The pasta is excellent. Good prices, and the bakery staff is very friendly. Without a doubt, the best place for breakfast. Avoid all-you-can-eat buffets or typical chain restaurants. This is a high-quality, artisanal bakery.

We discovered this bakery during our stay in Carcassonne. We had some desserts which were decent, but nothing exceptional. The price is a bit high for the quality.

Everything was delicious and reasonably priced! The waiter was lovely. We enjoyed the food so much that we had breakfast and then came back for lunch!
