Truly authentic and subtle cuisine, both in its cooking techniques and flavors. The poached egg in red wine sauce was perfect, and the calf's head with its vegetables was excellent. I didn't think I could find such quality again. Bravo!

The venue is simply magnificent, the welcome and service are superb!!! As for the cuisine... a real favorite! Each dish is a discovery, as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. Fresh ingredients, perfectly mastered flavor combinations, and superb presentation. I recommend it without hesitation.

I was somewhat disappointed not to find the typical dishes like pig's trotters and sapper's apron, otherwise still as good and a warm welcome.

I regularly go to this restaurant for lunch with friends, and every time everything is perfect! The dishes are beautiful, prepared with excellent ingredients, and delicious. It's truly one of the best restaurants in St-Etienne. Don't hesitate to visit! The welcome is excellent, the waiter is friendly and attentive to our needs.

18/12/2024: Once again, faultless lunch. Very easy access with ample parking, magnificent setting with a view of the Gulf, tasteful decoration, impeccable welcome and service, and cuisine worthy of a Michelin star. All for a very reasonable price. We also wonder why the Table de Lys is not awarded a star??? I recommend without reservation.
