A traditional Lyonnais bistro atmosphere and relaxed vibe. A lively, if somewhat noisy, setting. I didn't order any of the specialties as I was accompanying some enthusiasts to sample the diverse and varied offal dishes. The service is a bit slow for those in a hurry but perfectly acceptable if you're relaxed. A historic setting, a place worth discovering in Saint-Étienne.

Truly authentic and subtle cuisine, both in its cooking techniques and flavors. The poached egg in red wine sauce was perfect, and the calf's head with its vegetables was excellent. I didn't think I could find such quality again. Bravo!
