A very pleasant hotel with excellent staff.

With your feet in the water, accompanied by a giant, Monsieur Jean Cocteau. An unparalleled view of the port, the Villefranche-sur-Mer ferry terminal, nestled between the Corniche and the ramparts of the medieval city. Impeccable service, friendly, kind, and highly competent staff. The rooms are perfect, one couldn't ask for more. The breakfasts, currently served exceptionally in the dining room or in your room due to renovations, are excellent, whether you choose the savory or sweet option. I want to emphasize that the renovations have absolutely no negative impact on guests and that only the staff are affected by the disruptions, which only adds to the excellence of the service, as everyone remains as cheerful and professional as ever. An excellent hotel that I highly recommend.

The staff and services at The Welcome Hotel were exceptional. They were friendly, efficient, informative and genuinely welcoming. They quickly accommodated my request to upgrade my room and were extremely helpful in answering my questions about the region and an upcoming local festival. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, which is situated in an absolutely incredible location right on the port.

Always a special time at The Welcome, Julien, Magali and all the staff always make it a relaxing and comfortable time. It's so lovely having breakfast watching the world go by.
