This bibimbap looks French, but it tastes like traditional Korean bibimbap. I had the meat with ssamjang sauce, and it was so delicious!

I arrived late, around 3:00 PM. I was the only customer, and the server took care of me quickly. I ordered a chicken Caesar bibimbap. Everything is practically pre-prepared and simmers/waits warm in large pots, ready to be assembled (rather than plated). It wasn't bad, but the croutons were a bit of an afterthought. And for almost €14, I expected a little more than just a simple finishing touch. But at least it was quick :) Not bad, and the dish had some very successful aspects. But not enough to make me eager to go back.

This isn't working: nothing has any real flavor except for the sauce. The shredded chicken looks like it's been boiled, both in its very pale color and its very mushy texture. There's a lot of rice, and it's overcooked, sprinkled with a few vegetables on top… The dessert cups are literally half full, the chocolate mousse isn't airy and isn't very chocolatey. The chicken could, for example, be grilled to make it crispy and seasoned to give it some flavor. The vegetable-to-rice ratio could be adjusted, and the rice cooked less to avoid plates of whitish mush. Finally, the desserts could be served more generously (or the size of the containers could be reconsidered…), and the recipes could be revised (enriching the mousse with cocoa would certainly give it more flavor).
