Great experience at this beachfront restaurant/brasserie. While some places refuse service to people on the terrace just for a drink (with a dog), the owners gave us a warm welcome, even providing a bowl of water for our dog. I recommend it!

I had a wonderful time at Les Fils à Maman in La Baule! The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and you can immediately feel the team's good humor. I had a Croque Monsieur, which was very good! If I had to be really picky, I'd say it might have lacked a little something to enhance the flavor—perhaps a little more onion or a little more béchamel sauce, I don't know—but that's a minor detail, because the dish was truly delicious and well-executed. The dessert was also good, in keeping with the meal. Special mention to the server, who was remarkably kind and had infectious energy: it was a real pleasure to be welcomed with such good humor. In short, a place I highly recommend, both for the food and the personal experience!

We know this franchise well having been to several restaurants in Nantes / Angers. The food is the same (I don't understand the opinions on the portions, they are like everywhere else), Yes, of course it is a little above the prices charged in town, but it is a beach restaurant, we also pay a little for the setting. Just a little long service but it was a Sunday with quite a few people. Small remark as the owner says he is a rebel, no brunch here on Sunday like in the other Fils à Maman restaurants. But the dishes are good and regressive, nothing to complain about. And the decor is always so nice, special mention to the music (you can choose the playlist to play, it's super funny). In short, nothing to complain about, it's in the same vein as the other restaurants in the franchise, plus it's right on the water.

The products for sale, as varied as they are—bakery, pastry, and snacks—are of excellent quality, with meticulous attention paid to the selection of premium ingredients. It's pure ARTISANSHIP with a capital A; it's not industrial, and I was lucky enough to see that firsthand thanks to this workshop! I saw the fervor and passion with which these men and women work to satisfy our taste buds! And they do!
