Tea room atmosphere... just perfect! On the menu, a soft spinach cake and a gratinated tart: excellent! Perfect for a lunch between 2 work sessions! Due to lack of time we didn't have dessert but we will come back!

Un endroit juste parfait que ce soit pour déjeuner ou profiter de l'ambiance d'un salon de thé. Les recettes sont à la fois simples, originales et authentiques. Il y a des nouveaux plats tous les jours: vous ne pouvez pas vous lasser. Tout est délicieux et fait maison. De plus, la cuisinière fait un caramel à tomber par terre. La carte des thés et très diversifiée et le service est excellent: c'est un véritable salon de thé. Les propriétaires sont chaleureux et adorables. C'est l'un de mes repères à Tours. On se sent comme à la maison. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Le Boeuf à Boss

30/03/2024: Cold reception. Waitresses just friendly and commercial. An impression of we don't care about customers. Meat skewers not cooked as requested and coarse profiteroles. Do not confuse hearty with good. We came several times to dine in this restaurant which we found very good. Big disappointment today.
26/03/2024: Despite our late arrival we were received more than kindly. Everything, absolutely EVERYTHING, was perfect. From the starter to the dessert and finishing with the prunes with Armagnac there is nothing to complain about. Perfect eggs meurette, well accompanied, homemade fries, a steak tartare of quality and quantity, a flank steak that filled the plate, a plate of profiteroles to die for. We will definitely come back (to taste the Beuchelle Tourangelle) during our next visit to Tours and will not fail to recommend the establishment to our friends in Touraine. Too bad that beautiful Normandy is so far away

Guinguette de tours sur Loire

27/03/2024: A must-see place in Tours as soon as summer arrives! I recommend the appetizer boards.
18/02/2024: Nice place in a pretty natural setting in the company of the Loire for lack of having the sea to clear the mind pleasant to read, rest, have a drink and enjoy the concerts loco too bad I find the prices a bit too high for a tavern they are more expensive than in town!
