What an experience!!! Everything was perfect: the warm welcome upon arrival, the setting, the buffets, the food. We can thank Auguste Escoffier for passing on all his expertise. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

Great, lots of choice, good food, very nice decor. It's busy, but not a problem; the flow around the buffets is quite smooth. The only downside is that at midnight sharp, you're kicked out; you won't have time to finish your coffee or after-dinner drink before you have to leave.

The oysters are exceptional, as are the unprocessed seafood dishes. The suckling pig is fabulous 🐷👍, the wild boar stew is good, and the veal blanquette is very good. Be aware, however, that some dishes can be quite salty.
The desserts are good. The decor and ambiance are magical. The only downside is the very cold lobby before the entrance, which contrasts sharply with the restaurant's atmosphere.

Excellent all-you-can-eat buffet in Narbonne, the kind you have to book months in advance. They have a wide variety of cheeses, cold cuts, seafood, desserts, and several types of prepared stews. The price is around €65 per person, drinks not included. When we went, a 1-liter bottle of water was €1.70 and a glass of wine was €5.20, which I think is reasonable.
Everything was very good overall, but I felt that for the price you pay, they could offer more types of meat and some pasta. In the end, it seems that the meat selection is limited to ribeye steak, roast lamb, and suckling pig. They also serve a prepared sirloin steak dish that I didn't find particularly impressive.
As for the appetizers, the cheeses and pâtés were delicious, as was the cold cuts. The seafood was good, in my opinion, and the meat wasn't bad, but with little variety, as I mentioned. The stews were also good.
As for the desserts, there's a huge variety, and unfortunately, you can't possibly try everything. They have many types of cakes, chocolates, ice creams, profiteroles, mousse, and more.
The general feeling among those of us who went was that the trip and the experience were worthwhile, but we wouldn't go back. For that price, you can find other restaurants where you'll likely eat better.
That said, the service and the ambiance are also excellent. They're constantly attentive, ready to serve you, help you, and clear your plates. The restaurant is elegant, welcoming, and well-organized.
Plus, there's a huge free parking lot right in front.

The welcome was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. The rooms are magnificent, and what can I say about the buffet? Simply magical and delicious. The service was seamless, with no waiting for the hot dishes. A truly wonderful experience.
