Very good but quite expensive...

A superb discovery at Les Insolents in Uzès! An innovative concept where everything is shared with generosity and curiosity. Super good restaurant! We enjoyed the very good and beautiful dishes! A special mention for the Aubrac beef tataki! Top service, super well located, we recommend it and we will come back!

WOW! What a dining experience. Four of us went there for a marvelous al fresco lunch on a perfect autumn day. The lunch offerings are posted on the menu board — tapas plates to share. We ordered 4 dishes, white wine (recommended by Thomas), & homemade tiramisu (thanks to Julie)—très bien. The food, taste, & presentation were all perfect. Four-six persons would offer an opportunity to try several dishes. The servings appear to be portioned for 4 but they may increase for additional cost. Reservations strongly recommended. Several others stopped by to see if they could get a table ad hoc & were unsuccessful. Outside seating for ~15–20 persons.

Great little restaurant in a great location with a very friendly sharing concept and everything we tried, almost the entire menu, was excellent. Great wine list to complement everything.
