A fantastic find in Uzès! The restaurant offers superb, perfectly executed flavor combinations. Each dish is homemade with high-quality local ingredients, which truly shines through in every bite. Special mention to Julie and Thomas for their excellent wine selection, which perfectly complements the dishes. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. A truly wonderful experience enjoying generous and authentic cuisine. I highly recommend it!

We finally treated ourselves to a getaway to Uzès to discover Les Insolents. After dinner, we felt that, in terms of service, it wasn't the smoothest evening, given the high volume of customers. We went on a Saturday night as a couple. We ordered several dishes, with mixed results. The broccoli dish had a lovely combination of flavors, and the dauphine potatoes were simple but decent. The warm goat cheese, while not particularly appealing visually, proved to be excellent in terms of taste. A bottle of wine accompanied our meal, on the recommendation of the staff: a very good choice. The pace of service was slower than expected during dinner, especially for the first course. A thirty-minute wait might seem long, but this happens on very busy evenings. At times like these, offering a small aperitif (olives or something similar) could make the wait more pleasant. The dessert, a lemon topped with crème brûlée, was good, even if it didn't quite have that "wow" factor. The place is very pretty and welcoming. We'll gladly come back to experience it under different circumstances, especially when spring arrives. All the best and thank you!

Very good but quite expensive...
