Payolle, a very beautiful place ⭐⭐

A warm welcome, just like their restaurant. A family-run place, much like their cuisine. We were able to eat there with our two dogs. We had a beer, Basque-style chicken, a pear/fromage blanc/salted caramel verrine, and finished with a coffee for 25 euros. A price that can't be beat. The owners are fantastic, they come to chat with you and give great advice on places to visit. Thanks to them, we discovered the Hourquette; magnificent view. We'll definitely be back!
