The ingredients are carefully selected and described with perfect mastery. As for the cuisine, it is simply remarkable, combining finesse, flavor, and creativity. A place well worth the detour. A warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had the blind man's bluff menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. The dishes are sophisticated, nothing is left to chance. The setting is unique, as it's in a former school. We'll definitely be back.
