We discovered this place thanks to a gift card and had a wonderful time. The welcome was very friendly and the dishes were delicious from start to finish, bursting with flavor. A real treat at very reasonable prices considering the quality of the food. Perfect!

An explosion of flavors! A divine menu worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant! Everything was perfect from appetizer to dessert. A huge congratulations to the chef! The owner is lovely and very professional! We will be back!

This was our second visit to this restaurant, and we were delighted with the experience. We opted for the "Blind Man's Buff" menu at €50. It included a starter (based on foie gras), fish (scallops), meat (smoked duck breast), and dessert. Everything was superbly prepared, with very subtle flavors. A true gastronomic experience.

26/04/2026: A very pleasant place and setting in Castres, you feel right at home... the wine list is ideal and perfectly complements the meal... as for the food, there's something for everyone, fresh pasta, pizzas, risotto, salad, ... fresh and quality products... keep it up, it's great!

22/04/2026: Probably one of the best restaurants I've been to in the Tarn region. The food was absolutely delicious for my partner and me, and the waiters were incredibly attentive and pleasant. We'll be back very soon, either as a couple or with the children. Thank you again for this wonderful experience.
