I had the pleasure of discovering "Les Mets d'Adelaïde" with friends, and it was a memorable culinary experience. As soon as we arrived, we were seduced by an atmosphere conducive to relaxation and sharing. The staff, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, were incredibly attentive. Their attention to detail and kindness greatly contributed to making our evening even more enjoyable. Each dish was served to us with a smile and a little attention, which made all the difference. As for the cuisine, the dishes offered are of remarkable finesse and originality. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the products are fresh and quality, and the presentation of the dishes is simply sublime. Every bite was a delight for the taste buds. Congratulations to the whole team for this superb discovery, and a big thank you for this unforgettable evening. I also took gift certificates to offer dinner to a couple of friends, who also enjoyed this moment shortly after.

What a great time! In a sober and classy setting, the tables are spaced apart favoring intimacy, we enjoyed quality dishes served by the chef's wife who gives all the ingredients contained in our plates with a smile and a lot of kindness. However, reservations are essential.

The service was very pleasant with a lightly filled interior room which promotes calm. The owners are very pleasant and the chef took the time to come see us at the end of the meal. This is a very good restaurant to try if you are in Castres.
