A wonderful discovery: this small, slightly out-of-the-way restaurant. The welcome was perfect, and the menu varied. The dishes were very generous and expertly prepared. The chef's passion for cooking shines through in the quality of his dishes. There's also a good drinks menu. The price-quality ratio is very reasonable. A great place that's well worth a visit for locals and tourists exploring the region. Reservations are recommended! Parking is very easy nearby.

We dined at Le Mines and it was simply an excellent experience. The cuisine is a perfect balance between true traditional flavors and a touch of intelligent and refined innovation. The setting, housed in a beautiful and welcoming traditional French home, captivates you from the first moment: it's relaxing, meticulously detailed, yet warm and never pretentious.
