A wonderful stop in the heart of Gruissan village. This restaurant offers original dishes made with local produce (including fish caught by Gruissan fishermen), all accompanied by excellent local wines at reasonable prices. The recipes and presentation are original. The setting is pleasant and peaceful. A must-try restaurant; we'll gladly return. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Everything was perfect, from the reception to the food. The mussels were exquisite (a little inside joke for those in the know), and the rest of the meal was equally delicious. I opted for the Bistronomic menu, which included the Pavlova for dessert.

The clams, snails, ceviche, tuna, cuttlefish, and black rice... a real treat. And all served with a smile, professional service, and a wonderful discovery of local wines.

It's always a great pleasure to visit La Cranquette chez Julien; the cuisine is truly excellent and inventive, always an explosion of flavors and surprises on the plate, a blend of tradition and modernity. The wines are equally impressive, with a fine selection of natural wines. Many thanks again to the entire team for these wonderful moments. We'll definitely be back!

Back at La Cranquette last night. It's always a pleasure – the welcome, service, and wine recommendations are top-notch! And the food!!! Truly chef-quality cuisine, delicious, with plenty of sauce – it's just right, flavorful, and generous. A particular favorite was the tripe and trotters! Thank you to the whole team for this wonderful experience!!! We'll be back.
