Obviously busy but was able to walk in without a reservation two separate times. The mussels are amazing!!! So fresh, not chewy, and rarely had an empty or closed shell.

An amazing place that we'll definitely return to if we have the chance. The mussels were delicious; we tried the Diablo and the house special and loved them both. The IPA was fantastic too. All in all, a perfect dinner!

We had a fantastic time at La Moulerie Brûle-Doigts. The mussels were delicious and plentiful, served with excellent homemade fries. We ordered the mussels in cream sauce and the ones with Roquefort cheese—a real treat! The sardine rillettes were also very good. A friendly and charming place in a lovely neighborhood of Nantes. A great find.

We were served by Anaël, who was fantastic from start to finish. We each ordered different mussels, and all three were equally delicious! A special mention goes to the homemade fries. The best mussels in Nantes are right here, look no further.
