A fantastic experience at Moulerie Brûle-Doigts! We ate delicious mussels and thoroughly enjoyed them. The service was truly excellent, with a friendly and attentive team. We had a wonderful time and will gladly return. I highly recommend it! 😊

While passing through during a trip, we discovered this little restaurant on a pedestrian street. Everything was perfect for my birthday 🎂🥂 The mussels were delicious and the perfect portion. The service was quick. The staff is very attentive and welcoming (special mention to Theo 👌). I even got a little candle on my dessert, thank you for this lovely touch 🤗 We highly recommend this great place 👍

It's rare that I criticize a restaurant, as our culinary expertise seems to mirror our general way of life… The mussels are beyond reproach; they're the best of the year so far. However, don't expect the staff to be particularly tactful. Aren't Bretons known for their temper? Take me, for example! That doesn't stop me from being courteous, though, even if I'm the customer! Honesty isn't everyone's cup of tea, but it allows for improvement, provided ego gives way to humility… Okay, maybe it's because I was near the till that I'm being grumpy? Or maybe not! Big shout-out, though, to the only woman there—surprising, isn't it?!

The meal was good, although the price didn't seem justified in my opinion, or perhaps it needed a bit more attention to detail (the gravlax starter was more visually appealing than the crispy reblochon and apricot dish, for example – the folding and presentation were poor – a subtle hint of the interior in the glaze would have been nice). However, the lemon curd dessert was a real highlight. It was good, but I was a little disappointed by the presentation. The dining room itself was beautiful, unique, and well-maintained.
