A great little hotel, very clean and nicely done! Excellent cuisine. Was only there for a day in transit.

1 good time this Easter Sunday around 1 table. 1 tasty cuisine and 1 honorable choice where everyone can find what they are looking for on the menu. Special mention for the saffron monkfish😋 From the welcome, to the service through to the great service of the establishment, there is only positive. Thank you for a good Sunday. The caturiges will come back in fine weather to enjoy the outdoors which must be very pleasant 😉 Best wishes.

Lunch meal with formula for €36: starter, main course, cheese, dessert. Succulent with fresh and local products, fast and faultless service. Correct wine list, special attention to the waiter (Théo) who himself changed a bottle for us that we did not like after tasting. All on a terrace exposed to full sun with possible shade. Relaxing place, impeccable welcome, I highly recommend this place.

I only tested the restaurant, not the hotel. The experience was simply perfect: the welcome, the charm and the calm and classy atmosphere of the place, the efficient and professional service, the quality of the dishes served, the quality/price ratio... Flawless! A must-have address for me when I return to Gap.

Une belle découverte : la chambre superbe et nickel avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes enneigées, le menu en 7 plats absolument délicieux et le personnel adorable et dynamique. Bref que du bonheur, nous reviendrons sans hésiter lors de nos passages réguliers dans la région. À bientôt.

31/03/2024: We had dinner as a couple last night and had a great time. The cuisine is refined and the service equally so. The Discovery Menu is very interesting from starter to dessert and the wines on the menu perfectly accompanied our meal. The only downside would be the cheese plate which only included 4 very, very small slices of cheese among the many offered on the cart. We would have liked to taste more because they are so tempting. Otherwise the meal was fabulous. We will gladly come back.
