My best restaurant to date in Pau center 👌👏 This bistronomic wine bar is a gem 🤩 I highly recommend Fresh and inventive cuisine, small but varied menu, friendly and welcoming team, and obviously a large choice of good wines. The only downside is the slowness of the service. The chef seemed overwhelmed by his success that evening 😏

One of the best addresses I have been lucky enough to find. Inventive cuisine that overturns the codes, an excellent collection of natural wines, a top-notch boss... Hedonists and lovers of real products, go for it with your eyes closed, only pleasure in perspective!

Paramos aquí para comer después de estar en Pau para la etapa del Tour de Francia, y estoy muy contento de haberlo hecho. Disfrutamos de una hermosa comida, cada bocado era simplemente delicioso! Los dos chicos en frente de la casa eran geniales, muy amable, atento y acogedor. El restaurante / bar de vinos tiene un ambiente muy fresco y todo el lugar se llenó de lugareños tan rápidamente cuando abrieron a las 7. 30 Si alguna vez estás en Pau visita este pequeño lugar, no te arrepentirás!

15/12/2024: I went to this hotel through a weekendesk gift Pleasant and welcoming staff But a real lack of clarity in their explanations: they do not check your file and do not take the gift into account to such an extent that when we left they wanted to invoice us for the sum of €171. I asked them if it was normal even though it was basically a gift. So the reception staff started to check, a controller arrived even though I hadn't noticed that they had called. In the end I only had to pay €23.50. Really disappointed with this attitude, it's not worthy of a 5 star.
