The set menu was served very quickly. The dishes were made with quality ingredients and the staff were very friendly.

Excellent place. Lovely setting, top-notch welcome and service, and above all, incredibly fresh seafood. Delicious oysters. A wonderful discovery during a dinner with colleagues.

A wonderful evening at this restaurant. The welcome, the food, the service—everything was top-notch. The seafood was excellent, as was the sea bass dish. I recommend the Pouilly-Fumé wine. In short, a very enjoyable experience, and thank you to the entire team for their advice, service, and friendliness.

A very well-located restaurant in the port of La Rochelle. Fast service but poor quality food for tourists. We were served a grilled sea bream that was dry and very undercooked. The brioche dessert, on the other hand, was spectacular. Price-performance ratio was expensive.

This New Year's Eve dinner was a bit of a disappointment. We were happy with our well-positioned table on the side, as requested (even though the tables were very close together), and the service was pleasant. However, the menu was quite disappointing: the cocktail was a bit strange, but the amuse-bouches were good; the lobster pie starter (?) wasn't very original and didn't seem homemade; the turbot main course was a nice piece, but it was farmed fish judging by the gelatin and brown parts; the dessert wasn't very original either and was too sweet; the wine pairing was too expensive with a €5 supplement for a glass of champagne. In short, at €188 for two, we weren't satisfied with the value for money! Although it was our second New Year's Eve at the bistro, we won't be returning for this occasion. However, it's important to mention that the bistro remains a very good place and highly recommended for fish and shellfish dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed the stuffed razor clams at lunchtime! And we would gladly return outside of New Year's Eve!

We had a wonderful time overlooking the old port. The welcome and service were excellent. The dishes were carefully prepared and delicious. Excellent value for money.
