Simply exceptional, worthy of the greatest pastry chefs. Clean tastes, deliciousness without having too much sugar, very nice balances, and textures that are always just right! Flawless and a must when we pass through La Rochelle!

I finally tried this pastry for the first time to choose my birthday cakes and I must say that I am pleasantly surprised, as are my loved ones. They were remarkably delicious, a pure treat despite the fact that I had to buy them two days before. The preservation was perfect. It was a success. Thank you.

Exceptional pastry! The pastry/tea pairing is original. The presentation as in a large restaurant. Warm welcome. Some will say a little expensive but no. Reasonable quality/price ratio

Regular customer and always delighted by the quality and finesse of the pastries, I cannot get used to the snobbery of the welcome and the service, rushed to choose by the manager when we are the only ones in the shop...Is this that the legitimacy of maternal pride can justify such uncommercial behavior?
