Excellent pastry chef. Everything is delicious. The flavors are subtle and original. We tasted a citrus cake: incomparable!… it's our favorite pastry. When we're invited somewhere, we're proud to offer these magnificent trompe-l'œil creations. I highly recommend it. Bravo to the artists!
