We recently rediscovered this restaurant in Strasbourg. The setting is superb, the welcome and service are impeccable, and the cuisine has, in our opinion, taken a significant leap forward. Originality, magnificent combinations, perfectly cooked dishes, and the highlight: the jus and sauces. Thank you so much for this experience, and we hope to see you again soon.

Excellent restaurant, offering a variety of textures, colors, and sensations. The wine pairings were superb, and the service was very good. The meal was served at a brisk pace, allowing us to savor each experience without excessive waiting between courses. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning.

Overall, we had a good time. The food was good and the service was pleasant, but we did notice a few points that, in our opinion, could be improved for a fine dining establishment. In particular, we felt that the service sometimes lacked explanations, suggestions, and professionalism in the way the products were presented and sold. We would have appreciated it if the servers had offered us more alternatives, perhaps let us taste some things, and given us more natural advice. Another point concerns the owner: we asked if it was possible to smoke a cigarette and have a coffee outside, but this was refused without any real explanation, which surprised us a bit. Nevertheless, it remains a good experience overall, with quality cuisine, but a few details regarding the service could be improved to be more in line with the standards of a fine dining restaurant. I should add that the chef is covered in rings and piercings; few gastronomic rules are being followed, which is a shame…

Communicated ahead of time with restaurant about gluten and coconut allergies. They said they were ready for us. Staff repeatedly offered bread and brought a coconut dessert. They were annoyed we continued to ask about each dish after they clearly couldn’t remember. There was a sharp piece of hard plastic in the palate cleanser. Their fix was a glass of champagne. The wasps outside were attacking us and we had to move inside. Food was good but not memorable. Wine list was small for a Michelin. Wine glasses smelled like a dish towel. Overall, disappointing.

A very nice experience. As someone who is particularly picky, I appreciated the dishes offered, which were perfectly balanced and tasty.

Best meal of the trip, hands down. Perfect from start to finish — beautiful space, warm and attentive staff, courses paced just right, and wine pairings that hit every time. They handled a shellfish allergy in our group flawlessly, with genuine care and attention to detail. This is the kind of dinner people rave about and you think it must be exaggerated — it’s not. Already planning how to get back here. Five stars, no hesitation.

Superb meal. We thoroughly enjoyed everything from the aperitif to the dessert. Special mention for the dessert, which was specially customized for me to suit my tastes (as requested when making the reservation). Beautiful terrace, pleasant staff. Absolutely flawless.
