I was lucky enough to be invited to this beautiful restaurant for a 5-course "Pleasures" menu. Everything was exquisite from start to finish, especially the turbot, the excellent brioches, and the rhubarb mille-feuille. Thank you also for the friendly service, particularly from Jimmy :) In this restaurant, everything contributes to a truly relaxing and delicious experience! Thank you to the whole team! :)

We had a pleasant time at your establishment.
Beautiful dining room, pleasant service without being overly fussy.
Personally, I think it would have been nice to serve a small side of vegetables or something similar with the dishes, as the main course is limited to meat...
And a little something extra would be welcome to liven up some of the dishes, which have a rather classic flavor.
I'm still giving it 5 stars, because you can feel the effort and dedication; the chef comes to see you at your table.
And then, a little treat awaits you upon departure.

A superb restaurant!
The welcome was excellent, and the service was impeccable.
The menu is refined and as delicious as it is beautiful.
The option to pair the dishes with either wines or non-alcoholic beverages is a real plus.

I simply loved it. I'm discovering the new Strasbourg location (I've known the Schiltigheim and Zuem Yseut locations for years). The decor has been completely redone and it's a triumph: a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very pleasant. And I was impressed by the sommelier's knowledge and expertise in selecting wines and finding the perfect pairings with the ingredients in the dishes and sauces.
We opted for the business lunch menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything was truly excellent, down to the smallest detail. I can't wait to return one evening with more time to savor another menu.
