Always a great atmosphere and good food. My only suggestion is that it would be helpful to indicate which sauces are served with the dishes. For example, the anchovy/Caesar vinaigrette should be listed on the menu to avoid any problems for people with allergies.

At least once a year we pass through Tarbes and stop at the tavern in Ibos. Good value for money. Quick and friendly service. We tried the sauerkraut: a very generous and delicious portion. We left feeling satisfied.
