Excellent dinner at Les Santons restaurant in Grimaud. Refined gourmet cuisine, perfectly mastered dishes, and a very fine wine list. The service is attentive and the setting charming in the heart of the village. A place I recommend without hesitation.

We dined at Les Santons restaurant last summer with friends during our holiday in Saint-Tropez. We highly recommend this superb establishment, where both the dinner and the wine selection were absolutely fabulous.

Excellent food and impeccable service A great time!

A very good restaurant, with a very touching server who conveys his passion for his profession through simply impeccable table service. It's a pleasure to see such high-quality service. As for the meal, overall, it was excellent. One small drawback with the starter: the crab tartare, with a slightly over-the-top seasoning, which took over a bit. The fish dish is, overall, very good, but the highlight is simply the dessert: the vine peach vacherin, which is, I think, the best dessert I've ever eaten. I recommend it!

We easily booked online through their website (reply within 24 hours). This small restaurant is located in the upper Grimaud district, away from the chaos and other restaurants in the historic center. Across the street is the very affordable underground parking lot. Superb hospitality and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We dined on the unpretentious terrace (the restaurant's decor is nicer). The staff was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and cheerful. We appreciated the tasting menus at various price points. Very good food, presented and served with great care. The lamb and lobster risotto are highly recommended (the amuse bouche and entree are fantastic). The wine selection is excellent, though pricey (you can also order wine by the glass). If you want to spend a lovely evening away from the chaos of the coast and the tourist-filled restaurants, and enjoy good food and drink, we highly recommend it!

Spectacular! A superb dinner, from the welcome to the service, to the food. I loved the octopus, the rack of lamb, the beef tenderloin, the cheeseboard...in short, everything was perfect!
