Les Sardines Tarbes, France sur Tarbes

The place was very clean, it's a shame that with the heat you can't feel the air conditioning.

Hello, I highly recommend this fast food restaurant, great clientele…

The very charming employee Alexandre was very attentive to my husband and me when we were having trouble ordering. I highly recommend this KFC, especially if you happen to get this nice young man!

Alexandre Dupuy, without a doubt the best server at the Tarbes KFC. 🐔👑 Impeccable service, exceptional speed, and above all, a professionalism that commands respect. Always smiling, always efficient, Alexandre knows how to welcome customers like no one else and transforms every visit to KFC into a truly 5-star experience. Special mention for his mastery of the tray, his precision in taking orders, and his incredible ability to remain calm even during the busiest times. Alexandre Dupuy isn't just a server at the Tarbes KFC: he's an institution. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If all servers were like him, KFC would already be a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

EXCEPTIONAL! 🤩🔥 I really want to congratulate Alexandre Dupuy, server and drive-thru agent at the KFC in Tarbes. It's rare to come across someone so pleasant, smiling, dynamic, and professional! From the very first interaction, Alexandre immediately puts you at ease with his warm welcome and good humor. He is attentive, efficient, polite, and above all, extremely friendly. You can clearly tell that he loves what he does and that he takes customer satisfaction very seriously. His attitude truly makes a difference and gives an excellent image of the restaurant. Honestly, employees like Alexandre deserve to be widely praised and recognized. 👏 He perfectly embodies what we expect from excellent customer service. Server Alexandre Dupuy was very professional and attentive. I've never encountered such a competent staff member in my long experience with fast food. I highly recommend him. Special mention to his irresistible beauty that melts the hearts of all Kentucky fried chicken lovers. ♥️

Hello, We had an experience today on the patio. The place was clean and pleasant. As for the food, the sandwich was cold and the cheese wasn't melted, so we had to send it back... (This isn't the first time). The only positive point was the fries. Also, the breading isn't as generous as it used to be. We were very disappointed, especially since we used to like KFC. We won't be back.

Complete order and fast service :D We were 2 adults and 3 children, yet everything was there to make a mistake 😊

The tables outside should be cleaned, but otherwise it's perfect.

Good experience, fast service, good food and a warm welcome
