A unique experience that we lived, which will leave us with fond memories of the quality of the dishes, the service, the magnificent setting in which we were welcomed. An unexpected moment cut off from time and the world. We look forward to returning as soon as possible to enjoy this fantastic evening in a magnificent chalet decorated with great taste. A true gastronomic escape at Les Tables de Philippe restaurant! French flavors, with regional products, shone through delights like pearly scallops and venison steak with inventive accompaniments. The visit from the chef at the end of the meal added a personal note to this exceptional culinary experience. The desserts, including the chocolate tartlet and the chocolate sorbet with Espelette pepper (which was as surprising in its combination as it was delicious), concluded the feast in a masterful way. A place where culinary creativity meets warm hospitality. Absolute recommendation!

Very nice experience at Philippe's tables!! Without doubt one of the best sheaves of the year 2023. Congratulations to the chef and his team for delighting us and receiving us so well. I'm very greedy and rather picky but I have nothing to complain about here.

Great New Year's Eve! I particularly enjoyed the half lobster flambéed with cognac and the heifer steak... It was very tasty and my family and I had a great evening. Thanks to the chef for entertaining us so much. Of course, the service started a little late but the weather conditions (heavy snowfall) justified the delay of which we were a part. It's really great to be at the chef's table because we can see the dishes being prepared before our eyes, hats off to Chef Thomas!

One of the youngest chefs in gourmet restaurants who is keen to give you the best of himself, passionate and demanding, he will revive your taste buds with quality and local products. It’s a shame that the dishes are not white to highlight the beauty of the plates and that the service staff are not representative of this magical and careful place. Very beautiful room (where you can see the chef preparing the plates), pleasant lounge and warm owner. I highly recommend.

A magnificent setting. A harmonious and warm decor, like the kitchen which can be seen through the large window overlooking the restaurant room. This allows you to see the passion and the demands of the young chef through his dishes. It's a shame that the service is not of the same perfection, both in the presentation of the dishes (thumb on the plate, incomprehensible description) because it is a whole.

Lieu magnifique , préserver avec du charme. Petits chalets authentiques avec spa individuel très sympathique. Cuisine : très bon , mais nous avons mangé 2 soir la même chose ce qui est inadmissible a ce niveau carte il n y avait pas de choix ! Le restaurant propose de manger avec d'autres conviés à table . Sinon le service : très gentil mais gentil n'est pas un métier.. Service en général : hamam pas dispo ou pas assez chaud tout comme le spa. Propriétaire des lieux accueillant et sympathique. Petit déjeuner : livré au chalet ! Petit déjeuner sucré seulement dommage . Salle de cinéma privative incroyable. Bref lieu a tester mais doit s'améliorer sur des petits détails à mon sens au vu du tarif.

Nous avons passé une superbe soirée et mangé un délicieux menu dégustation dans un cadre chaleureux. A recommander les yeux fermés.
