I had a wonderful 3-night stay at the Hotel Les Terrasses. My room was spacious and comfortable, and impeccably clean. The garden is a real bonus for relaxing and enjoying a drink served by very pleasant hosts. There's a large shopping center right next door, and an underpass beneath the train station provides quick access to the city center and old town.

The hosts are very kind and accommodating! The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Great location!
We traveled with a baby and the room was extraordinarily well equipped (changing pad, bottle warmer, crib, mini fridge).

The hotel is an oasis in Annecy. It’s in a great and peaceful location, with a cozy garden where you can enjoy breakfast or have a glass of wine. The breakfast is very good and plentiful. The staff are extremely friendly and offer great tips on restaurants, cafés, and excursions. You can also rent bikes here. We cycled around the lake, and it was one of the best days of our vacation.

Charming hotel, close to the city center. Excellent service, spacious and clean room. The garden is peaceful and well-maintained. The breakfast was high-quality with a variety of products. Very good value for money. Highly recommended.

A very pleasant 3-star hotel in Annecy. The location is about a 15-minute walk from the canal and the old town, which is perfectly fine.
The rooms were renovated a few years ago and are well-maintained and comfortable. The very friendly and attentive staff deserves special mention, as they truly make the stay enjoyable.
Breakfast offers a good selection (including a variety of breads, strawberries, and eggs) and is of very good quality, but costs €16 per person. Another plus is the private parking, which should be reserved in advance (€11 per night).
Overall, a recommendable hotel. While the price level is on the higher end, it is still acceptable.
