We were passing through Valberg and went to eat a paella which was really very good, hearty, tasty. We finished with a homemade dessert too (what we mainly look for when we go to a restaurant) which was killer. The welcome is warm and the owners take the time to chat with you. Nice continuation.

We had a great time in this restaurant which has changed ownership. The welcome and service were impeccable. The boss comes to chat with you and it was nice. Good value for money, we ordered the paella for 2 which was very generous in seafood. We recommend this establishment run by new owners.

Superbe surprise après ce changement de propriétaire. L'équipe est très sympathique, les plats sont variés et rafinés (surtout pour un établissement de station de montagne) et je recommande tous les plats les yeux fermés. N'hésitez pas

27/11/2024: A real favorite! The cuisine is original and full of surprising flavors. The welcome is so warm that you feel good there as soon as you arrive. I particularly appreciated the attention paid to the animals, it’s really nice to see that! Whether it's for brunch, a meal or just dessert, everything is perfect for a great time. The dishes are elegant and almost tell a story. And then, the sauces… a real explosion of flavors, I loved it! Congratulations to the entire team for their passion and remarkable work. Honestly, I recommend without hesitation!
30/10/2024: We had an excellent time at the stable, very friendly welcome, hearty and quality food...even with children we were very well received with lots of little touches

Le Blanchon

24/03/2024: After skiing for hours, this cafe did it for me, had probably the best chicken rap in my life and a warm drink, completely recommend for everyone that is here
