Very unpleasant lady receptionist who asks me to kill the mosquitoes and hornets in the room myself. Very old mattress in the room. Otherwise very nice room and nice swimming pool.

Dilapidated rooms, bartender who lacks politeness and big disappointment at the Spa (too expensive and very average massage services). And what about the paid parking lot which is full in the evening? Damage.

We chose this hotel not without fear in view of certain comments. Well, as far as we are concerned, it was a pleasant experience. The huge room for a couple with a 9 year old child, was clean, comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated its calm on the pine forest side, although placed near the door from the floor. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, with cold meats, eggs and bacon, mini pastries, fresh fruit, etc. A big strong point. As for the swimming pool (adults), it was very pleasant with deckchairs and shaded areas. The environment is relaxing and quiet. We did not try the restaurant. Affordable price for two nights given the services offered and the region. Shaded parking. The only thing that bothered us was having to leave a bank deposit when we arrived. Otherwise we appreciated having to leave the room at noon (late), and being able to use the swimming pool for free the rest of the day if we wanted. This is a good experience for us.

We were 5 (4 adults, 1 child) for 2 weeks at the Hotel Garrigae Domaine de l'Esterel. Here is my (slightly detailed) review. Location: *** Good location, very quiet. However, there is not really a "view" as there are golf courses and tall pine trees all around. Food: Breakfast: *** If you stay for 2-3 days, the breakfast buffet will seem plentiful. But if you stay for more than a week, you will notice that it is always the same. Dinner: **** We ate there twice and were very satisfied. Service: * Our biggest criticism! After 10 days, I pointed out that we had been going to breakfast as a group of 5 for the 10th time, but a table for 5 was never set up. Even when we ate there twice, we always reserved a table for FIVE people. The service staff was never able to prepare a suitable table for us. They always added an inappropriate (in terms of size and height) table. These tables were DIRTY (bird droppings) and not stable. The service staff did not care at all. They made us feel like we were bothering them with our "special request" - well, we will let our child eat at a separate table in the future. Cleanliness: * Our bathroom was never cleaned .... In 14 DAYS! This can be proven with photos. Also, the hotel seems to be pet-friendly and has quite dirty carpet floors everywhere. That's all you need to know, right? The pool area, although otherwise very nice, is very run-down. The umbrellas are crooked, the cigarette butts wait there until they rot, the beautiful rattan furniture is decaying, the cushions are completely worn out, and the sunshades are torn. It's really a shame because the pool area would otherwise be really nice!! Spa: * € 25.00 per hour/person for using a spa is simply outrageous! Overall: It would actually be a top hotel that is unfortunately completely neglected. A completely destroyed table tennis table, a tennis court that no one wants to play on because it's decaying, garbage and/or broken lounge chairs just dumped behind the house. All in all, just a picture of a hotel that no one cares about anymore. Very, very sad! I would love to take over this hotel and bring it back to life 😉, because the basis is really good! CONCLUSION: The Côte d’Azur is certainly not cheap, and this hotel stands out in terms of price/value. I do not want to give the impression that we were very dissatisfied. We are very undemanding guests and do not let a few flaws ruin our vacation. However, if you can be bothered by the above-mentioned flaws, it is not recommended to stay at the Garrigae Domaine de l'Esterel. However, it is quite cheap in this area! The 3 *** are meant very sincerely. In Austria, a 4-star hotel with this quality would be severely criticized, or wouldn't even be considered a 3-star hotel.

We had a very good weekend at this hotel. The staff is attentive, the restaurant is great, the dinner was very good as well as the buffet breakfast which was very varied. The room was clean and very spacious. On the other hand, at the swimming pool the floor needs to be renovated because it was very damaged and lacks cleanliness, for a 4 star it is a bit shocking and the price of drinks was excessive (9th for a desperado). Otherwise for the rest Ras, we still recommend this hotel.

Very welcoming, the room has everything you need (air conditioning, extra fridge, large shower, WC, TV and very practical balcony.) the mattress closes the room a little and is cleaned every day, the staff is friendly. The swimming pool is very good, a little rejuvenation would be welcome 😁. Secure parking inside the hotel for a few euros per day. Mentions for the kitchen, the chef produces very good meals, a little treat every time. Overall very good stay 👍👍👍

Good morning, My partner and I were disappointed with our stay by a major lack of organization in terms of catering and breakfast... probably due to a lack of staff. so here I am speaking directly to the management in view of the price you might have to recruit or question yourself on this point because the employees can't do anything about it at the moment. This is the third time we have come and the quality of the services and catering has really taken a hit, which is a shame because your establishment has great potential. For the moment we will not come back and will try elsewhere. PS: we were in room 327. Sincerely.
