I was served in 30 minutes for everything, even though the restaurant was full. Truly incredible, nothing to complain about. All the staff were very friendly.

We decided to have dinner at this restaurant. It has a great atmosphere, spectacular views of the castle, and the food and service were exquisite.
We had fried calamari, cheese and mac croquettes, a mozzarella salad, a hamburger, and two crème brûlées, with two beers. The dinner cost €80, a bit pricey, but everything was absolutely delicious. We also want to highlight the excellent service from the staff. 100% recommended if you're in Nérac. Finally, I must mention how peaceful the place is compared to other restaurants nearby 🤭🤭

The relatively traditional menu and the crowds led us to the Flying Squadron... if it's busy, it must be good, I usually think... but surprise! The lemonade was flat and didn't arrive in a bottle... then the ribeye steak with polenta (the most expensive dish on the menu) arrived cold and raw. Moreover, the cut was of mediocre quality. Luckily, the andouillettes were good. Oh! We had to wait until dessert for the carafe of water to appear... well... passable... except for the view of the castle facade, of course!

The food was very good and the service was quick.
The Gascon salad was good.
The calf's head was served on a hot plate, which isn't always the case.
We tried the squid rabas, piping hot, and wow, they were so greasy 😄, but they were delicious 😏.
