Having stopped off in Castelnaudary with a colleague as part of a business trip to enjoy a good cassoulet for lunch, we were not disappointed. Having taken a menu for 28 euros, we tasted local products (which is very good) of high quality and the chef - very friendly - is generous with the portions of cassoulet. The restaurant is simple, without frills, and for the atmosphere I can't judge because we were the first customers when we visited and the chef explained to us that the locals often come for takeaway.

Nice restaurant, with very good service and above all with the best Cassoulet in the area, abundant and very good. While we were waiting for the food, he invited us to eat local cheese and for dessert he gave us to try some local artisan ice cream, which was 100% recommended.

We came by chance during a getaway, and yet... We were pleasantly received despite our little dog and what followed was a festival of flavors worthy of a high-class cassoulet. Everything was absolutely balanced and tasty. Our host was able to explain to us why we enjoyed it... real local products, cooked in a traditional way. We will come back with great pleasure!

Simple, small place, Nuno the owner, Portuguese by birth, a citizen of the World, a gift for spectacular people, but above all his food, spectacular Cassoulet and Tarta Tatin.
