06/05/2026: Excellent fresh cassoulet, but a big disappointment with the duck foie gras Hello, In October, while passing through Castelnaudary, I purchased an excellent fresh cassoulet and a jar of whole duck foie gras from your store to eat for the holidays. See photo and references. This preserve turned out to be completely bland and very pasty. Is this a batch issue or was seasoning forgotten in the lab?
