Very good, we were treated very well and some of the waiters spoke Spanish. We had a reservation.

Excellent cassoulet, superb service! I dropped my fork, but without saying a word, he came to replace it five seconds later! Very welcoming, we'll be back.

We came to this restaurant for a good cassoulet, and it was good for my husband. I liked the starter, but the main course was just okay, well-prepared. I should have ordered the cassoulet myself! 😂 The waiters were great, even if they forgot about our coffee. 😁 We had a good time. 😉

I was passing through Castelnaudary and I highly recommend this restaurant, which specializes in cassoulet. Even though I don't usually eat cassoulet, I loved the appetizers.
1- The razor clams were incredibly fresh, briny, and absolutely delicious.
2- The eggplant salad with homemade tomato sauce was also superb.
For dessert, I had the rice pudding with a scoop of salted caramel ice cream, as well as the speculoos tiramisu, and both were divine, not too sweet.
The servers were very welcoming and genuinely kind. Thank you to them for this wonderful experience; it was a real treat.
I highly recommend it.

Great, I had my doubts... but I highly recommend it! The curly endive salad was excellent, the wine was a 50cl bottle, the bread was good, and the cassoulet was very good. Plus, the service was great—a very muscular but friendly guy. Thank you. We'll be back, especially for the duck breast... fantastic!! 👍

It's a shame that, being the first customer, we were seated right by the entrance on the terrace; we had no other choice. Later customers all had a choice, even though they hadn't booked either.
Luckily, the person who served us was very friendly.
