The food is always excellent! But the glass of local wine is far too expensive, the same price as on the Champs-Élysées 😡

Excellent cassoulet. Warm atmosphere, pleasant waitress. The only slight downside was the chocolate profiteroles, which weren't very good, but when you come to this restaurant, you come mainly for the cassoulet, which is a real treat.

One night at the Maison Du hotel, cassoulet in early October 2026, I opted for half-board. Everything was impeccable, the cassoulet was delicious and plentiful, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. A simple, small room with just the essentials and very clean. The price was more than reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Only the sausage was good; the confit was tasteless, the beans were okay, served in pretty bowls on a small board.

The service was attentive. The cassoulet was already hot and browned. I feel the price for the stew is a bit too high.

Disappointed... I loved the cassoulet at La Maison du Cassoulet in Castelnaudary. Today I'm a little disappointed. The cassoulet lacked care and was undercooked; the beans were rather firm, and the confit offered a bit of resistance. Nothing serious, the service was very good, but it wasn't the best cassoulet I've ever had.

15/09/2026: This is an excellent place to stock up on the city's true specialty! The historic establishment has its original location in the heart of the city center, but also a very convenient outlet located at the city's entrance, very close to the highway exit. The only slight logistical drawback is that parking in front of the shop at the city entrance is very limited, with few spaces available. But it's still a must-visit for those wanting to take home an authentic cassoulet, whether canned or in a jar.
12/09/2026: A company that produces its own preserves and charcuterie. We haven't yet tried the duck cassoulets we bought... lots of choices.
