Excellent, high-quality meal. The cassoulet was superb, as was the grilled duck breast. The staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

The cassoulet is decent, but it's clear there's less and less meat. There are good local wines to accompany the dishes. You can eat inside or outside.

01/11/2025: Extraordinary! It's pure madness to stumble upon such a restaurant in Castelnaudary. Don't hesitate: you'll be blown away! The chef? A real character—like Obelix, he fell into the kitchen as a child. The welcome and service are absolutely wonderful, sincere and warm. And the cassoulet… a symphony of flavors! A huge thank you to this magnificent conductor, a true master of cassoulet. I can't wait to go back and make my taste buds sing again!
19/10/2025: The cassoulet is excellent. All the products are locally sourced. The Audeline ice creams and their varied flavors: violet, rose, fig, cherry... The manager is very kind and attentive to our every need. He cooks and serves, hence the limited menu. I recommend it.
