A true institution in Valenciennes, both at the old location and the current one, it is always a pleasure to go there (150 km away...), the quality and choice of dishes, the service and the welcome are perfect.

A wonderful discovery for us in a beautiful setting overlooking the pedestrian street from a slightly elevated vantage point. The meal was delicious from start to finish. The slice of calf's liver was very generous, perhaps too generous 😅 The service was impeccable. Our only regret was the waiter's mistake when taking our dessert order, but it didn't detract from our otherwise excellent experience. I highly recommend it.

15/03/2026: We had a wonderful time at Bonavis in Valenciennes. After performing at the Pathé cinema, we chose Bonavis to end the evening in style. We had reserved a table for 33 people, and the service was excellent from start to finish. Our waiter, Mohamed, was very pleasant and attentive. The food was delicious (butcher's cut, salmon steak, and cheeseburger)! I highly recommend it!
